Keychain Sphinx

The sphinx has the head of a woman, the body of a lion, and the wings of a bird. She is viewed as treacherous and merciless, and will kill and devour those who cannot answer her riddles. In the Greek mythology, she appears in the drama of Oedipus.
In Egypt, the sphinx is rather typically shown as a man. The Egyptian sphinx was believed to be benevolent with a ferocious strength similar to the Greek version. Both were thought of as guardians and often flank the entrances to temples.
