Returns and Refunds Policy

When purchasing something online, we all expect to receive what we pay for. However, products may arrive in terrible conditions for various reasons, or worse: The order might be completely wrong!

For this reason, MoXen Art is dedicated to its customers' satisfaction. A clear guideline on what your rights towards us as a buyer are is the first step we take in ensuring the quality of our services.

 

Returns: 

Returns are issued when a buyer decides to ship back the item they received under various reasons. This may be that the item has arrived damaged, that the item did not match the buyer's expectation or that the item is not what was ordered. A return is typically the first step most store demand before issuing a refund.

Our Policy:
  • At MoXen Art, returns will be required only towards items valued at $20 CAD or higher.
  • Returns initiated outside of the seller's request will be assumed in full amount by the buyer.

Refunds:

Refunds or reimbursements are issued on purchases that were deemed bellow satisfaction. 
 Our Policy:
  • Buyers have up to 30 days after delivery to begin a refund request.
  • Products $20 CAD and over must be returned to the seller within 7 days following the refund request start date. Otherwise requests will be closed and will have to be reinitiated in order to be processed. 
  • Receipt and proof of shipping are required on returns valued at $20 CAD or over. Otherwise the cost associated with shipping will not be covered by the seller and will have to be fulfilled by the customer.
  • Products valued under $20 CAD are not required for a return in order to proceed with a refund request. Proof of damage or flaw may be required (image, video, pictures, etc.).
  • Refunds issued for purchases valued bellow $20 CAD will be fulfilled via store credits or item replacement, at the customer's discretion.
  • Refunds issued for purchases $20 CAD and over are eligible for their full valued amount, reimbursed towards debit accounts, or may alternatively receive store credits or item replacement, at the customer's discretion.
  • Refunds are offered on the following conditions:
    • The item purchased arrived damaged.
    • The item purchased did not match the online description.
    • The item purchased did not last a reasonable amount of time (ex: Waterproofed items experienced water damage under reasonable water exposure)
    • The item purchased was never received.
  • Refunds are NOT offered on the following products:
    • Digital goods made from a request.
    • Customized and personalized goods.
    • Final sales.
  • Refunds will take up to 7 business days to be fully processed and reflected as the customer's specification.
